Janet Galore helped organize Belltown Inside/Out in 1993, and designed the poster and billboard. The neighborhood art exhibition was put together by various artists, organizers, and shop owners throughout the Belltown neighborhood, just before the condo building boom took hold.

• Red Sky Poetry Theatre MC'd by Marion Kimes
• Garbage Can painting in the park, mural painting, an ice cream social,
  a rummage sale
• Appearances and art by Team Chalk, Brad Miller, Patt Cranage, Wilbur Hathaway III, Jyl Brewer (butoh), Cat Jobes
